Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Moonward, the free daily game at moonward.fun. By playing, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Moonward.
1. The game
Each day Moonward shows six questions based on real, published surveys. You guess the percentage, choose a boost and earn miles toward the Moon. The game is free and is provided for entertainment. We may change, pause or end any part of it at any time.
2. Survey data
Answers come from published surveys by third-party research organizations, credited in each day’s mission report. We try hard to present them accurately, but we don’t guarantee that any figure is complete, current or error-free, and survey results are not our opinions or advice.
3. Accounts
You can play without an account. If you sign in, keep access to your email or Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Fair play
Please don’t cheat or interfere with the game. That includes automating play, creating many identities to manipulate rankings, attacking or overloading the service, or trying to read answers before they are revealed. We may reset scores, remove rankings or restrict access when we see this.
5. Our content
Moonward’s software, artwork, name and design belong to us. You may share your results and share cards freely; that’s what they’re for. Please don’t copy the game or its question set.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
7. No warranty
Moonward is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Moonward is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Because the game is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $50.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
